The Gerson Therapy is a very practical, highly detailed book that guides the reader through an intensive nutritional treatment for people who suffer from cancer and other severe diseases.
The work from Max Gerson, M.D., contains 400 pages of specifics, instructions, hints, cautions, recipes, case histories and references and was passed on to his daughter Charlotte Gerson who has immersed her whole life in healing people. She first studied with her father and was then teaching his method to the whole world.
Max Gerson found a way to cure cancer, by providing his patients a strict fat-free, salt-free, low-protein, essentially vegetarian diet based on fresh vegetable juices in large quantities, supplements and systemic detoxification methods.
cancer results in high toxicity and deficiencies within the body. To eliminate this toxins an hourly administration of fresh vegetable juice is prescribed, to help flush out the kidneys. The poisonous substances (accumulated over many years) then enter the blood stream and get filtered by the liver. To help support and strengthen the liver the patient inserts coffee at body temperature, absorbed from the colon via the HEMORRHOIDal vein, which transfers the caffeine to the portal system. the caffeine stimulates the bile to open and release the toxins into the intestinal tract for excretion.

Especially the everyday life after changing diet according to the gerson therapy improves tremendously in both quality and length. The patients are less fatigue, weak and their energy level improve almost to normal.  So why the therapy is yet still unknown after six decades of practice and not included in every treatment plan? Because it is not profitable enough as a part of our pharmaceutical system. Doctors don’t get paid for these methods and are not trained sufficiently when it comes do diet, nutrition and food. WHY GOING VEGAN?

Becoming vegan was probably the best decision i took in my life. 
Honestly - it fills me up with joy every single day and i am proud that i already "digested" the great knowledge why and how to live on a plant-based diet and that i was able to understand and embrace it. 
It all started with moving to the Ashram where they only provided nourishing strict vegan food, based on vegetables grown in their own garden, next to the property.  Of course they also educated us why Yogis choose to live a vegan lifestyle and what it means in terms of health and the environment.
One afternoon we watched 'Cowspiracy' and it is hard to explain what happened in that 2 hours. It changed EVERYTHING .
I took a decision.  I committed . For life.  
Since that day i never ever questioned that decision. 
But a flame inside of me has arouse, that desperately wants to share the KNOWLEDGE and helps this world to make a change.
Because if we are not waking up as soon as possible and stop consuming the planet and their creatures we won't be able to stay here much longer. Looking into this, as scary as it sounds is so important! We need to become aware of what is happening outside of our little lifes. So i made it my mission to Help the change!
I stay positive and hope  for the good in humankind.
I am pretty sure that one day Meat will get labelled same as cigarettes! It always makes me smile imaginING that processed Meat and Fish would also be stored behind the cashier with white covers so you wouldn't see the actual products anymore.
I don't think it will be exactly like that but i am pretty sure the day will come where we find a big fat information sticker on meat and processed products indicating the dangers of consuming them.
so WHY should we stop eating animal products ?
Because consuming meat and animal protein is not healthy for human beings!
if you need PROof, just open your mouth in front of a mirror. our teeth are not designed to eat flesh from any other being. But furthermore its the unhealthy acids that are being produced while you ARE DIGESTing ANIMAL PRODUCTS. They are getting toxic and take "forever" to be processed in your stomach. Also the length of our INTESTINE differs to the ones animals have inside their body. ours is much longer, so in the process of digestion the meat starts rotting in your intestine long before its getting fermented..
The world Health Organization classifies processed meat as group one carcinogen, the same group that contains cigarettes, asbestos and plutonium. They found a direct link to consuming processed meat and cancer, looking over 800 studies from ten different countries. That means one serving of deli meats daily (50 gram portion of processed meat) increases the risks of COLO-RECTAL cancer by 18 %.
Consuming animal products is the cause of many severe diseases people are suffering from nowadays. my grandfather died from the major implications caused by meat and dairy consumption and i am sure everybody knows someone who died or suffered from these consequences.
These Diseases only started existing when we started eating processed animal products daily and increased the servings per day to a RIDICULOUs amount. 
Many people tell me that mankind is supposed to eat meat and that we have been hunters for decades. WELL YES THAT IS TRUE BUT PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MORE precisely.. 
When we were hunting it wasn't always easy to find wild animal. Sometimes man were out in the woods for several days and when they got something it was hardly enough for everyone. So they shared small portions. Pregnant women got a bigger serving and also children who were in their grow process needed a more protein and received more. So in the meantime, when there was no meat available, the ate nuts, berries and plants. The amount of animal products they consumed was rare and their way of living (running, hunting, fishing, carrying firewood) is
C O M P L E T E L Y  different  to the way we live today. Today people start their day with so much animal protein for breakfast that a Stone Age man would have had in a week. 
The Organization classifies red meat as group two carcinogen.
So how is it possible that also kids are allowed to eat Bacon, Ham, Sausages and Salami, being declared as unhealthy as smoking cigarettes by the world health organization?
In the 60s no one would have ever believed that one day people are not allowed to have a smoke and a beer after work in their FAVORITE pub anymore. Now it is impossible just thinking about lighting a cigarette somewhere inside and smoker nowadays feel rather isolated standing outside alone. 
This change took only a few years.. the same will happen with eating meat (i am just curious how long it will take ;))
Therefore we need to educate ourselves,
share the knowledge and stop consuming animal products!
