Since I did my Yoga Teacher Training at the Wise Living Yoga Academy i am vegan. That is probably the best decision i took in my life and it inspires me everyday to be a better person and to act better towards myself!
i am also very interested in ayurvedic cuisine and will try provide my knowledge about the different types and indian traditions soon – as it will be a big part of the 300H Yoga Teacher Training i am ATTENDING in June 2018.
